Andrew Cacciapaglia is the host Take It Or Leave It Radio, developer, and most important leg of the TIOLI Tripod. Without his diverse collection of studio equipment the show as listeners know it would not be possible. Andrew is famous for developing most of the bits as well as carrying the show at times singlehandedly. He is the catalyst of TIOLI Radio as he enables the rest of the staff to engage in what often times are ridiculous conversations.
Andrew's unpredictable behavior and short fuse for people or things that piss him off often lead him into a fit of rage where he completely lashes out at everything and anything in his path.

About Me:
My name is Rob; I have been a part of Take It or Leave It radio since the very beginning. I was involved in laying the basic foundation for the show, by being a co-host. Over the last few years there have been many bumps in the TIOLI road. For a 8 month period I was no longer part of the TIOLI crew. But fortunately after a long period of being MIA, I have returned as a full fledged member of the staff. I hope to bring the same level of humor as I did back in 06’07. Which may or may not be a good thing, it depends on who you ask. I am now single so any of our lady listeners in the NY state area should feel free and send me a message…. Mike (form TIOLI) one of the hosts on Take it or Leave it radio. Mike is Andrews Brother and the two of them really feed off each other during the live shows. He is the show's "engineer" and perhaps the most important part of Take It Or Leave It Radio. Mike is responsible for TIOLI's excellent sound quaily and overall audio production of the live show. He also works the sound boards and takes the live calls. If there is any problems during the show mike fixes them immediately.
Off the show Mike is always helping out the show either with production work, Advertisements, Photoshop Work, Content, ect...
